September 2, 2008: Tomato Fest!

Our 4th annual celebration of all things Tomato! Come taste some wonderful field grown tomatoes, and meet our Market Sponsors and Lexington Selectman who will be helping farmers sample their delicious tomatoes! Lexington Symphony performs from 2:30 - 4:00 pm The event is FREE and runsfrom 2:00-4:00 pm.

September 23, 2008: "What's for Dinner?"

We've got the answer! Come to the market and choose from several recipes that also list the farmers and vendors who sell the ingredients! Treat yourself and your family to a complete dinner from the Lexington Farmers' Market!

October 7, 2008: Bike to Market Day

Another Bike to the Market Day! Be one of the first 100 people to ride to the Market and check your bike and receive a $2 LFM Market Coupon! 

October 14, 2008: Harvest Festival

Come celebrate the bounty of the season when the Lexington Farmers' Market has its first ever Harvest Festival. Learn how you can extend the season of local fresh produce by freezing, storing, pickling and more! Our farmers will give you tips and techniques at their booths, and artisans and other vendors will join in the harvest theme. We’ll provide hand-outs and recipes on freezing, storing, pickling, etc – both at the vendors stands and the market tent.
