Vittorio Ettore and his team serve Italian fare with French and Spanish

September 5th, 2006 Chef Ettore will be at the Lexington
Farmer’s market conducting a cooking demonstration at 4:00 pm
Chef
Ettore will be preparing simple dishes such as risotto and gazpacho, and
give them an elegant twist with sublime flavors.
