mission of Blue Heron Organic Farm is to increase the availability of

Farmer Dave began in 2006 when Dave acquired a 30 preserved farm in
Dracut. His fruits, vegetables, and flowers were already
known in the area as he has been operating Brox Farm for 10
years. In 2007 Farmer Dave began a CSA now being offered in

In Good Taste produces Pam's Black Salsa, an all natural no

Puff
Sweet and Savory rustic tarts inspired by the European tradition of
using the freshest seasonal ingredients in the simplest ways to yield
an equisitely flavored treat. Our toppings and fillings will
follow the bounty of the growing season. Examples of our
savory tarts might include intensely flavored tomatoes layered over a
blend of fine cheeses on a corn meal crust...or an Alsatian
inspired onion and leek tarte witth smoked bacon on a buttery
puff crust. Examples of our sweet tarts might include a
rustic apple galette or a juicy caramelized peach tart made on an
all-butter crust. Our tarts will serve 2-8 peopple.
We occassionally offer small baked treats such as brownies, scones,
biscotti or fruit bars.
We are a 4th generation New England family farm located North of the
Quabbin in Central Mass just off Route 2. We offer PYO apples (50

We raise our own beef cattle and sell USDA inspected, natural, aged
beef to retail customers and restaurants. We raise our
livestock in ways that promote their health and well-being, as well as
that of our customers. Our cattle are raised in pastures,
rather that in feedlots. Feeding in pastures, with trees for
shade, protection from the elements, room to roam so that the cattle
can spread out, and fresh water, virtually eliminates disease problems
of the herd. We do not use artificial hormones, growth
stimulants, or anitbiotic feed additives.
Rob's Garden
Rob's Garden is an expanded family hobby with a great variety of hard
to find perennials. We have collections of sun and shade
perenials and many New England wildflowers. All our
perennials are field grown. Because all of our plants are
grown locally, they are guaranteed hardy.
Sauces, spreads and tapenades, all natural, low calorie and low
fat. Great addition to complete or finish off a main dish, or
as a dip or sandwich spread. Local farmers market honey and
vegetables are used when in season.
Shootflying Hill Sauce Company's dessert sauces are delicious, easy to
prepare, and preservative free. They are hand-made in small
batches using natural ingredients that you will easily recognize.
Signal Rock Farm pasture raises lamb meat, sheeps milk, and
wool. Sheep are moved daily onto fresh grass from mid May
until December, weather permitting. They receive a small
amount of grain, with no feed grade hormones or antibiotics to ensure a
healthy diet and free choice of salt, minerals and water.
Stillmans Farm is a diverse family owned and operation committed to
producing conscientiously grown and raised produce and meats.

farmers' markets and through our CSA's.
Thomas and Helen owners of the SwissBakers are Swiss and work only with

methods. We stone grind organic cacao beans from the Americas in 250
pound batches. We sell 75% bars, 50% Mexican style chocolate, 65% pure
shaved chocolate for drinking or sprinkling on ice cream, 53%
chocolate-covered cocoa nibs, and raw cacao beans.
