Angel Foods Catering

Angel Foods Catering is selling dishes prepared with the finest ingredients from Lexington Farmers Market vendors including soup, sandwiches & salads. Try a roasted chicken sandwich with chicken from Butterbrook Organic Farm; on bread from Hi-Rise Bakery and condiments from Coutts Specialty Foods. Visit us for a take-out lunch or a take-home dinner.

Blue Heron Farm

The mission of Blue Heron Organic Farm is to increase the availability of locally produced food and to raise awareness about ecologically sound farming practices. We sell produce from one of the few remaining organic farm stands in the area, offering a pick-your-own flower and herb garden (as well as a small PYO vegetable garden, raspberries, and pumpkins in the fall), guiding volunteers, creating a healthy and fun environment for children and establishing regular community events.

Crystal Brook Farm

Crystal Brook Farm began making goat cheese in 1998. Their herd of 50 Saanen and Alpine goats produce all the milk used in the goat cheese operation. This allows owners Ann and Eric Starbard to control quality and freshness. Choices include 6 oz. logs of Black Pepper, Sun Dried Tomato and Basil, Garlic and Basil, Chive, Dill, Cranberry Orange, and Hickory Smoked Chevre. This year bringing handmade cheese boards made from wood felled on farm land.

Risa Edelstein Designs 

Risa Edelstein can be found at  our rotating vendor tent some weeks. Risa is a local landscape designer and gardener that runs a start-up nursery in Lexington at Busa farms.  She is offering a FREE fall garden consult for those that come by and sign up.  Fall is the best time to take photos and think about next year’s plans.

Merton's Maple Syrup

5 miles from the village of Putney, Vermont,  Merton’s sugarhouse is 150 years old, and still producing great maple syrup! Although there are many innovations in the sugarhouse Merton still boils with wood cut from the thinning of the sugar bush. This self-sustaining system has been practiced for several hundred years by New England sugarmakers.
