Just Hummus is a small hummus company based in Medford, MA.  By doing everything from scratch with fresh ingredients including hand-picked chickpeas and freshly squeezed lemons, their range of hummus flavors reflects the best in locally-crafted food. At their biweekly food truck, Just Hummus will be offering hummus, tahini and falafel mix to take home, along with ready to eat hummus bowls and pita sandwiches with fresh falafel, topped with their tahini sauce, and including veggies from local farms pickled in-house.
