Tex Mex Eats uses locally sourced products when possible to bring you the freshest bites of the season. They are committed to local and quality ingredients that complement their Mexican spices, bringing Massachusetts ingredients to life in the style of Texas in a big way. Tex Mex Eats will have tamales (fresh and frozen), red and green sauces, and cooked chili beans. It’s Texachusetts cuisine – Texas flavors, with as many local ingredients as possible! Tamales are all gluten free with vegetarian options.
Just Hummus is a small hummus company based in Medford, MA. By doing everything from scratch with fresh ingredients including hand-picked chickpeas and freshly squeezed lemons, their range of hummus flavors reflects the best in locally-crafted food. At their biweekly food truck, Just Hummus will be offering hummus, tahini and falafel mix to take home, along with ready to eat hummus bowls and pita sandwiches with fresh falafel, topped with their tahini sauce, and including veggies from local farms pickled in-house. Top it off with their tahini-flavored gelato for a cooling taste sensation!

Founded in Lexington, MA, Bombay Brunch is a woman-owned online restaurant operating out of Foundation Kitchen in Somerville, MA, serving authentic Western Indian vegetarian cuisine. Aiming to diversify the Indian cuisine experience, they bring centuries-old superfoods, grains, and legume-based recipes to the table. In addition to traditional cuisine, they also offer fun and popular Bombay street food through preorders. For Bombay Brunch, the focus is on healthy, sustainable dietary needs of today’s lifestyle.
Valicenti Pasta Farm is a working farm producing farmstead pasta sauces, various seasonal flavors of gourmet ravioli and unique fresh pasta, all made using ingredients grown on premises at their 10-acre farm in Hollis, NH. In addition to their estate grown vegetables and herbs, Valicenti sources their cheese/dairy, meats and even grain flours used in production from local farms and producers, bringing you true farm-to-table products you cannot find in stores or even fine restaurants.

Meaning “From the South” in Spanish, Del Sur brings their recipes from the southern part of this continent. Available frozen to bake at home, enjoy a variety of different flavors and dips to delight your guests for a quick, easy meal. It’s always a hit!
