Summer Market & Thanksgiving FEASTival
- In 2026, the LFM is back to its original home at Fletcher Park in Lexington MA, on the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Fletcher Avenue, next to the police station. While Fletcher Park has limited onsite parking, there are plenty of alternatives nearby.
- Street parking is available along Mass Ave and metered/paid parking is available on Mass Ave, at the Meriam Street lot and the NStar lot within easy walking distance of Fletcher Park. See the customer parking map for more information.
- There is limited parking available on neighboring streets. Please respect our neighbors when parking: obey all posted signs and do not block any driveways when parking, as you could be ticketed! Note that there is no parking on the east side of Fletcher Ave (odd-numbered houses), with No Parking signs posted. See the list below for additional things be aware of when parking.
- Three handicapped parking spaces are available close to the police station entrance, and there are two marked senior (65+) spots on the corner of Fletcher and Mass Ave. on market Tuesdays.
- For those who prefer to walk or bike, the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway runs directly past Fletcher Park and connects right to the center of town. You’ll find a bike rack on the corner closest to the bike path, as well on the Mass Ave sidewalk nearest to the police station. Please walk your bike when on the market site!
- To come via bus, both Route 62 (running between Alewife Station and the Bedford VA Hospital) and Route 76 (running between Alewife Station and Lincoln Lab) travel directly through the center of town along Massachusetts Avenue with a stop in front of Fletcher Park.
- The Lexington Police Department reminds all those parking on neighborhood streets of the following violations which could result in a ticket:-Parking within 10 ft of a hydrant-Upon a private road or across from a driveway-Within 20 ft of an intersection-Right wheels over 1 ft from curb-Less than 10 ft of unobstructed lane-Upon a sidewalk or crosswalk

Winter Market
- ~ Located in the Gymnasium at The Waldorf School, 739 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington.
- ~ Parking available in Waldorf School parking lot and on semi-circle drive in front of the school.
