??The Health Division of the Lexington Office of Community Development will be hosting a Healthy Communities Fair at the Lexington Farmer’s Market on August 21 and 28. This event serves as a kick-off for the Lexington Healthy Communities Project, which is an eighteen month community planning process funded by the Northwest Suburban Health Alliance/CHNA 15. The goal of the Project is to identify ways to improve health and quality of life in Lexington. To this end, community members will be invited to complete the Healthy Communities Survey, and contribute their visions for a healthy community to a Community Art Project.
